We use Royal Mail for our smaller parcels and DPD for everything else. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from DPD with your tracking information and on the morning of your delivery you will receive an hours time slot and the ability to upgrade your delivery, deliver to a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or pick up from a DPD pick up point.

Please note the following key points:

• We dispatch Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and Christmas holidays.
• Our couriers will typically deliver Mon - Friday excluding bank holidays and a signature is required.
• We can only ship to the UK mainland.

Unfortunately our couriers charge us a surcharge for certain postcodes in these areas. The cost will be shown at the checkout page.

For avoidance of doubt anything in postcodes AB37-38, AB40-56, DD, FK17-21, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, IV1-63, PA20-80, PH15-50, ZE1-3 is classed as the Scottish Highlands by our couriers and these will be subject to an extended delivery time.
