Our Shipping Charges

• Free standard delivery on orders over £75
• Standard delivery is just £5.46 on orders under £75
• Next-day and Express delivery options also available and our cut off time is 3pm. Please contact us if your order is urgent and past this time as we'll do our best to assist
• Standard shipping is 3-5 working days
• All deliveries made by APC
• Some of our products are only available on our standard 3-5 day shipping; this will typically be noted on the individual product page.

Things to Note

• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from APC Overnight with your tracking information and on the morning of your delivery you will receive a two hours time slot and the ability to upgrade your delivery, deliver to a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or pick up from a APC Overnight depot.
• We dispatch Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and Christmas holidays. Our couriers will typically deliver Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays and a signature is required. If you are not in for your delivery, a calling card will be left and it is your responsibility to re-arrange delivery. Should the parcel be returned back to us we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee.
