Not Happy With Your Purchase?


Oh No! We’re sorry your not happy with your purchase, we always aim to have 100% customer satisfaction. So we can do our best to help, please read our returns policy below to find out what to do next.


I’ve Changed My Mind


We do advise that you contact us before making a purchase to ensure you buy the right goods for you. However if you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 calendar days to let us know and get the goods back to us. Simply let us know by getting in touch and we’ll provide you with the returns information you need. Please note that goods MUST be unopened and in a clean, resalable condition and returned in full (i.e if you buy a case of 10 bags of hot chocolate, you cant return just 5 bags of it – but if you buy a case of milk and a case of chocolate and decide to return just the milk, that’s fine).


Business Customer? Please note that returns by business customers are subject to a 10% restocking fee as per our terms and conditions.


All customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to our warehouse. If you choose to return your entire order we will refund your initial delivery costs (where a delivery charge has been paid)


The Product Is Damaged


We’re really sorry if a product has arrived damaged, this isn’t our usual standards. You must notify us within 2 working days from the delivery date. We will require photographs of the damage emailing to us to ensure a return would be the appropiate step. We will then send you a returns label to attach to the goods and arrange for the courier to collect the items.


The Product Is Faulty


To process faulty goods we require information of exactly whats wrong with the items. We will then issue you a returns label and arrange replacement goods. If we find that the goods are not damaged or faulty or are faulty through your own use/fault/storage we will return the goods to you and bill you for both the returns label and the cost of returning goods to you.


How Long Do Refunds Take?


Once goods have been received at our warehouse and checked we will issue your refund within 48 working hours by the payment method you used.


What Can’t Be Returned?


Most Food and Drink Items (i.e crisps, sauces, vending ingredient products) are not returnable under our standard returns policy. If we do decide to refund these items we will charge a 10% restocking fee. Coffee machines and equipment are excluded from this returns policy and have their own terms and conditions.
