Orders placed upto and including Wednesday 20th December at 11am will be dispatched on Wednesday / Thursday and placed onto a next day service. This is for all stock items. Bulk and special orders need to be placed by Monday 18th December at 11.30am.
Our offices and customer service team will close on Friday 22nd December at 12.30pm and not reopen again until Tuesday 2nd January.
A skeleton staff will be in for a short period over Christmas and will respond to email queries and begin to dispatch some orders.
Normal service will resume Tuesday 2nd January and orders will be treated as though they were received on this date regardless of when they were placed. So please allow the usual 3-5 working days from this date.
Please note that due to some delivery depot delays, we are unable to guarantee that an order will be received next day, this is beyond our control and is down to your local delivery depot. We'd advise all customers to place your orders by Monday 18th December to give our couriers the best chance of delivering your goods before Christmas.
